This weekend we are off to an Easter-themed party hopefully with enough chocolate to fill a swimming pool, so we’re sticking to Easter colours and going for soft pastels but we’re giving a nod to the floral prints trend with busy and bright accessories.

L-R: Monochrome dress, £55, Isme; gold knuckleduster, £14, Rock’n Rose; bunny earrings, £10, Rock ‘n Rose; floral clutch bag, £15, Dorothy Perkins; floral heels, £45, ASOS
This black and cream dress from Isme is perfect as it can be dressed up for partying or dressed down for family lunch. We’ll be pairing it with these gorgeous floral courts – the chunky heel means that we’ll be able to take part in the yearly Easter egg hunt with no problems!
We’ll also be adding a floral clutch (matching accessories are soooo hot right now), a trio of knuckle-dusters, and just because it’s Easter, how cute are these bunny earrings? They look like they might be from Katie Grand’s expensive jewellery line but actually, they’re from Rock ‘n Rose!

Nail polish in Pool Party, £5 & lip crayon in Powder Room, £7, both Topshop
To make your look come to life, simply add a dash of pink lippy and paint your nails in a pastel mini egg colour and you are done. You’ll look good enough to eat!
