Baileys Cafe Flynntini

Put down that Easter egg. NOW. Why? Because it’s cocktail time, obviously. Don’t tell us you didn’t know Easter is as famous for lush cocktails as it is for eggs? No? Us neither. We just made it up. But making new traditions is part of what makes the world go round, so just go with it.

Baileys have teamed up cocktail guru Missy Flynn from Rita’s Bar & Dining to create three brand new cocktails: Cocoa Blossom, Raspberry Chilli Flip and Café Flynntini. Each with their own distinct taste…

If you like orange-flavoured chocolate then you’ll love Cocoa Blossom.

Baileys Cocoa Blossom

To make this you’ll need:

35ml Baileys with a hint of Orange truffle Flavour

20ml Ketel One Vodka

½ spoon cocoa powder

5ml single cream.

Shake and serve in a glass over ice. For a fancy finish add orange zest and grated dark chocolate.

If you’re a Black Forrest gateaux fan then Raspberry Chilli Flip’s for you.

Baileys Raspberry Chilli Flip

You’ll need:

20ml Baileys

20ml Captain Morgan Rum

15ml Raspberry Liqueur

½ a teaspoon of Tabasco

½ of a teaspoon of cocoa quality powder or chocolate bitters.

Shake up the contents for a gorgeous mix of chocolate, dark rum and fruitiness.

Coffee fan? Yep, thought so. Make your Cafe Flynntini cocktail (pictured at top) by using:

50ml Baileys

50ml fresh black espresso coffee

10ml Almond Liqueur or almond flavoured coffee syrup

Serve over ice and add crumbled amaretti biscuits for a deliciously crispy finish.

Oh, and when you’re done, save us a glass? Thanks.
